Commander Ritesh Menon (Veteran) is an alumni of the National Defence Academy, Khadakwasla, Pune. He is a Certified Leadership & Life Coach (CLC), an Associate Certified Pranic Healer (ACPH), a Certified Pranic Healer (CPH) and Basic Pranic Healing Instructor with over 22 years of experience in the Indian Navy, 5 yrs with Taj Group of Hotels (A Tata Company) and over 9 yrs experience in healing and coaching.
He has received his Master Certified Leadership Coach Certification, from Coach For Life, CFL,USA under the guidance of Peter Reding, which is accredited to the International Coaching federation(ICF).
He has received his Master Certification in Deep Coaching from DCI from Coach & Best Selling Author, Leon Vanderpol, which ia accredited to the ICF.
Certified as a Deep Transformational Coach under the tutelage of Leon VanderPol. He is now holding space and spreading the deep work in India along with Amrita Singh, PCC, MCLC, for groups committed to healing & advancement of human consciousness
He has an MBA from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies (SIMS), Pune and Khulna University, Bangladesh. He completed MA (Economics & Political Science) from Mumbai University, Graduate Diploma in Material Management from Indian Institute of Material Management, Mumbai (IIMM), Certification in Business Management from IIM, Indore and Supply Chain Certification from IIT, Delhi. He is a six sigma green belt holder and has qualified as a Tata Business Excellence Model (TBEM) Assessor.
He has also trained & certified under top International Coaches like Antony Robbins, Murali Sundaram, Siddharth Rajsekar, Puja Puneet, Rajiv Talreja and Others. He was awarded the Flag Officer-Commanding-in-Chief Commendation in 2000 for his distinguished service in developing the first Logistics website of the Navy.
His vast experience in the Armed Forces, Corporate sector and a Spiritual upbringing positions him as a wonderful instrument to help individuals and institutions align their material and spiritual goals. He is described by people who know him and have worked with him as an amicable soul with authentic Leadership Skills. Whilst he epitomizes the beacon of unconditional love, he exhibits a deep sense of courage and confidence to acknowledge and reflect the truth and produce results.
His belief that for every material problem there is a spiritual solution has helped many to walk the path of Spirituality without any inhibitions and achieve transformation shifts in their lives.

The first and the most important aspect of life is to know oneself, however there is no school that teaches that. To see your physical reflection you need a ’Mirror’ to see your inner reflection you need a ‘Mentor’.
This seed to knowing myself was already planted within me and my journey in life allowed me to experience my life through many masters and mentors. It is only due to their immense love, patience and grace that I have been able to facilitate this ‘Journey of Healing’.
Below is a humble tribute to all the sculptors who carved the sculpture out of this stone.
My Parents - Cmde Ravi & Ratna Ravi, Who nurtured me with unconditional love and supported me as I created my own path. My Sister – Roshni, who helped me to understand the dynamics of gender relationships and allowed me to reveal my ability to be a source of strength. My maternal Aunt – Mrs Jaya Pillai, who pushed me out of my comfort zone and made me realise that I have truly arrived.
My Wife – Varada, whose unconditional alignment with my cause has been the single contributor in my blossoming as a human being.
Her intuition, advice and encouragement allowed me to believe in myself and fearlessly travel the uncharted path. We are blessed to walk on the same path as we nurture our two wonderful children Vedant and Nitya – who have taught me the wonderful lessons of unconditional love, patience, compassion and empathy. I am humbled as to how their birth in my family is now transforming into a magnificent awakening. We feel blessed to be a witness to their divinity unfold.
My SIVAA Parivar and my Pranic Healing Family has been a constant source of support and encouragement and a true reflection of goodness of Life. They have also been a wonderful testing ground to hone my skills and nurture my evolution.
My time at the National Defence Academy which transformed the boy in me to a man and my wonderful bunch of over 250 coursemates and navymates, with whom the bond reflects a time tested tradition of universal brotherhood.
My exposure to the Corporate world through the finest traditions of corporate culture with the Tatas, namely the India Hotels Company Limited (IHCL) was a great learning experience. It prepared me to build the confidence and clarity to pursue my Life Purpose. My deep gratitude to all my colleagues at the Taj.
For Peter Reding from ‘Coach for Life’, Leon Vanderpol, founder of ‘Centre for Transformational Coaching & Living’ and dear Amrita Singh who made it all happen by introducing me to the wonderful world of Coaching and empowered me to share my spiritual understanding as a Life, Leadership & a Deep Transformational Coach.
Master Choa Kok Sui
Introduction to Pranic healing has been one of the biggest blessings of my life. Master Choa Kok Sui, the founder of Modern Pranic Healing & Arhatic Yoga epitomizes the Guru Tatva. Not being in a physical body, has allowed him to be available to all his disciples and I for one have been blessed with having felt his presence and energies in the work that I do, to spread his teachings and be a humble contributor towards his mission on creating "Heaven on Earth". The various techniques and teachings have helped me to stay connected to my source and has been one of the finest techniques of balancing the Material & Spiritual progress. I am truly indebted for his divine help, guidance & Protection
Coming under the grace of my Sadguru Maa Samvidanand Saraswati, the founder of Spiritual Insights for Vision & Awakening (SIVAA) has been the greatest blessing. To be under the physical presence of a living Guru and receiving her unconditional love and grace has allowed me to raise my consciousness and purify myself at a deeper level. Her guiding presence has been a constant anchor while facing the stormy seas of life. Through Her, the SIVAA family strengthens my roots to my Source every moment.
