The Yoga Vidya Pranic Healing Foundation of South Mumbai was formed in 2005 by Grandmaster Choa Kok Sui to spread the teachings of Pranic Healing and to undertake various philanthropic activities that help and heal thousands in Mumbai, Maharashtra and Goa.

Twin Heart Meditation

The meditation on Twin hearts is a 21 minute guided meditation by Grand Master Choa Kok Sui, the founder of Modern Pranic healing & Arhatic Yoga. It is a simple yet powerful meditation in which we bless our beloved Mother Earth.

    Meditation on the Higher Soul is taught in the “Achieving Oneness with the higher soul” class and is a very powerful meditation to enhance your inner consciousness (embodied soul/ Jivatama) with the higher consciousness (Higher Soul/Atma).

    Forgiveness is an important process to drop hurt, resentment, anger and other negative energies and emotional baggage. The process of releasing these energies through the ritual of forgiveness and meditation allows one to be light physically and energetically and prevent ailments and improve quality of life.
