About Your Facilitator -
Commander Ritesh Menon
An alumnus of the National Defence Academy, Khadakwasla, Pune and was commissioned into the Indian Navy on 01 Jan 1992. After serving for over 22 yrs, he took premature retirement and served as Director (Materials) with Taj Group for 5 yrs.
He is a Associate Certified ‘Life & Leadership Coach’ (ACC) from Coach For life (CFL) accredited to the International Coaching Federation (ICF, USA). He is also a certified Deep Coach from Centre for Transformational Coaching accredited to CCE, ICF, USA.
He is a Certified Pranic Healer (CPH), Basic Course Instructor and conducts Meditation and Energy workshops across the country. His vast experience in the Armed Forces & Corporate sector positions him as a wonderful instrument to help individuals and institutions align their material and spiritual goals.
He is a transformational Speaker and has conducted various online and offline workshops in corporate and government organisations which include Flipkart, M&M, Witty International School, Podar International, Assam Rifles, Indian Navy, Naval War College, Mandovi, Goa , Infantry School, Belgaum and others.
His mission is to nurture one million healing coaches and transform the health industry of the country in the coming decade.

The foundation for all other courses to follow, the Basic class enables you to understand concepts and laws of energy in a comprehensive yet simplified manner. GMCKS's forte is throwing light and providing clarity on so called abstruse subjects. The 'cookbook' approach taken by GMCKS empowers participants to easily acquire their Pranic healing skills. As with all workshops of GMCKS, each session is experiential, immersive and lots of fun.
